Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Put all of your ingredients into a blender or mixing bowl and mix all of the ingredients together until you get a niceĀ batter.

Step 2

Grease your skillet and put on medium heat.

Step 3

Put 1/4 Cup of your batter into the hot skillet and cook just like you would any other pancake. Cook the pancake until the top starts to bubble fromĀ the edges toward the center.
