Ingredients
  • 1 lb Box of Penne
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tablespoons of Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 2 Teaspoons of Parsley Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/3 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Instructions
Step 1

Cook the Penne as directed on the box and keep warm.

Step 2

Put a medium sized sauce pan on medium heat, Melt the butter and add your garlic.

Step 3

Let the garlic and butter cook for 1 minute.

Step 4

Add flour and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.

Step 5

Add and stir in your chicken broth and milk, let the sauce cook until it boils and thickens. Continue stirring occasionally.

Step 6

Once the sauce is thickened, add your cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Stir until the cheese is melted.

Mix, Toss and Let The Festivities Begin.
