Crepes
Crepes are a delicious way to start any day. These delicious pancake like treats are easy to make, and can be made on any stove top, making this a perfect recipe for a quick treat.
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 ½ Cups Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
Combine oil, eggs, milk, and flour into a mixing bowl. Mix these ingredients until you get a nice batter.
Add the salt to your batter.
Put a lightly greased 6 inch skillet on medium heat and wait for it heat up.
Once your skillet is hot, remove it from the heat, spoon in 2 tbsp of batter, and tilt your skillet to spread the batter evenly on the skillet.
Return the skillet to heat, and cook for about 2 minutes. Once your crepe is browned on one side flip it and repeat.
Once both sides are brown your crepe is done.
For a dessert crepe can add yogurt, fruit, or other fillings onto the middle of your crepe. Than fold the sides of your crepe into the center to form a burrito like dessert that will blow you away.
