Prefer art and history? The Sunwatch Archeological Park and Prehistoric Indian Village may be right up your alley.  A reconstructed Indian village lets you immerse yourself in history, while the museum presents artifacts and exhibits.

The Dayton Art Institute houses an amazing collection of a diverse nature in a grand building.

If nature is more to your liking, the Cox Arboretum has 189 beautiful acres of cultivated grounds and several ponds with ducks and geese.
